Alex Kelleher
Founder, CEO
Alex was previously Founder, CEO of Vivid Edge, a leading London-based web design agency with clients ranging from Shell and Unilever to Lastminute.com and BuildOnline. Vivid Edge was sold in 2000 to Framfab (now LBI). Alex then became Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Touch Clarity, a personalisation and reporting/analytics provider to the top UK banks, global car companies and technology providers including Microsoft. Touch Clarity was sold in 2007 to Omniture (now Adobe).
Alex is a graduate of Oxford University in Experimental Psychology.

Glen Conybeare
Co-Founder, Commercial Director
Glen’s experience includes Client Services Director of Touch Clarity (an optimisation and analytics company sold to Omniture), Group Account Director (General Motors) at Urban Science International, Head of Poker for Mansion.com and Client Services Director at i-level. During his career he was worked in the USA, Sweden and Gibraltar.
He holds a BSc in Management Strategy from Aston University.

Mike Harris
SVP Global Sales
Mike is responsible for global sales at Cognitive Match. Prior to joining, he was EMEA General Manager & Sales Director for Omniture Test&Target, overseeing the launch and growth of the company’s behavioural targeting, multivariate testing and recommendations products across Europe. Mike also held the position of VP Sales EMEA at Touch Clarity which in 2007 was acquired by Omniture. Mike has a business degree from Queen’s University in his native Canada.

Andy Lucas
CTO
Andy has worked in operations and software development roles since 1993. Previously as head of the European IP Network Operations Centre for NTT Europe. Other roles include Java software development consultant, and co-founder of a web hosting company.

DeWayne Martin
Senior Vice President, Ad Solutions
DeWayne has extensive experience in advertising and online markets, including the launch of several media and e-commerce sites. During his 14 year career in the Internet, he has held a number of executive roles from GM of Forbes.com and CEO of ZanyBrainy.com. He now looks after our Ad Solutions. DeWayne is a graduate of Stanford University.

David Stobs-Stobart
Client Services Director
David’s experience covers investment banking, technology and web start-ups. He left Credit Suisse in 2006 after working in numerous roles in both the front and back offices in London, Tokyo and New York. Following which he co-founded Bess Holdings Limited in 2007 and launched an online research website Pintarget.com.
David holds an Honours Degree in Business Science from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Nelson has been working in system administrator positions for over 10 years, in both corporate and startup environments, most recently with Research in Motion (RIM). Nelson looks after our distributed servers all over the world as part of our technical team. He has a deep interest & passion for Unix and Linux.

Java Developer
Taulant works on the development team as a Java developer. He has extensive project experience ranging from small to enterprise scale web applications. He has a passion for artificial intelligence and open source community. He is a University of Sussex graduate in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence.

Lucy Chapman
Recruitment Manager
Lucy has been working within the Recruitment industry since 2001. Starting initially within Agency Recruitment, she has worked across a number of verticals ultimately specialising within the Digital arena since 2006. She has recruited extensively across Technical, Professional Services and Marketing both within an Agency and Onsite capacity. Lucy has joined us to set up the recruitment infrastructure and grow our team through direct recruitment.

Arseniy Chernomaz
Java Developer
Arseniy works on the development team as a Java developer. He has over 4 years experience of software development in both corporate and startup environments, most recently with Amdocs. He developed personalized, contextually relevant and low latency search engine. Prior to that, he took part in developing JSystem open-source test automation framework. Arseniy is a graduate of the Israel Open University in Computer Science.

Mark Choi
Technical Account Manager
Mark spent the last 5 years at Yahoo! UK and Europe, working in the Search Marketing department as a Technical Product Manager. His work focused on publisher side SEM, bespoke client projects and display advertising initiatives. Prior to that, he was a Software Engineer at Thomson Financial (Datastream/ICV/Primark). He is a Cambridge University graduate in Computer Science.

Bryan Feeney
Research Scientist
Bryan has performed research into record-linkage in the Irish national cancer registry and the application of machine learning techniques to security at Scansafe. He now works our recommendation and reporting engines. He has a degree in computer science from University College Cork, and a masters degree in Intelligent Systems from University College London.

Ben has worked for a variety of technology start-ups, most recently at Adapt, a European integration company. His experience covers developing & supporting a variety of hardware & software products.
Ben is a graduate of King's College London in Engineering.

Java Developer
Stephen works on the development team as a Java developer. He has a development background working on large-scale web services applications for online-travel (Travelfusion) and online-gaming (Orbis Technology). He previously worked as a Bioinformatics researcher at the University of Edinburgh where he also graduated with a masters degree in Informatics.

Dave is responsible for sales in UK & Europe and is based in our London office. Dave has over 12 years of experience in sales, he has played a part building customer bases for companies such as Interwoven in 2000 and more recently he has worked at Autonomy Optimost. He has a passion for the internet and web optimisation technologies.

Research Analyst
Rowan has extensive experience in investment banking with specialist experience in the technology sector. During his career at Citigroup and an award winning corporate finance boutique, he has worked with a number of blue chip clientele successfully advising management and shareholders on M&A, competitive strategy and debt & equity fundraisings. He is an Engineering and Applied Mathematics graduate and holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School.

Recent experience includes Monitise Plc developing the Mobile Money Manager - a secure mobility based banking and payments platform for the banking/financial sector. Greg Solomon
Ad Operations Manager
Greg has extensive experience in the online adverstising industry, most recently as customer support manager for AOL Ad Server, ADTECH, in the US. During his tenure there he supported prolific clients such as Gannett, Fox and Tremor Media. Utilising his experience at dealing with trafficking professionals across the publisher, agency and ad network models, Greg works in the Ads team as an operations manager.
